About the Role
The Strategy Specialist is a key support role to our Strategy team. The Strategy Specialists will work closely with the Revenue Growth Strategist to complete client projects. This role will evaluate, plan and work with our clients to implement improvements in business process and practices. Other aspects of the job can include group facilitation, compiling and tracking data, and preparing materials.
This role will also interact heavily with our clients.
This is an independent contractor position.
Objectively review an organization's business processes
Evaluate the efficacy of risk management procedures that are currently in place
Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes
Participate in on-site client audits to identify areas of opportunity to streamline processes and increase revenue
Prepare status reports, analysis presentations to provide to senior leaders
The ideal candidate will:
Bachelor’s degree or 2 +years of experience in Operations and/or experience in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Proven ability to analyze data and provide recommendations based on analysis
Ability to travel as needed
Have the aptitude to adjust and constantly learn and apply new sales strategies with training and strategic coaching.
Proactive with the ability to work in a very autonomous environment.
Comfortable communicating with senior executives .
Must be eligible to work in the USA
